NAILPRO's Nails-Only Trade Show Returns to Pasadena with Rave Reviews

After a seven-year hiatus (due, in part, to a massive renovation of the convention center), NAILPRO's renowned nails-only trade show returned to the Pasadena Convention Center on Sunday, April 21.

Eager showgoers were lined up at 8 a.m. (an hour before the doors opened) in hopes of being one of the first 500 entrants into the hall to receive a swag bag full of nail goodies courtesy of exhibiting manufacturers and NAILPRO magazine.

The exhibitors in attendance saw their cache of wares quickly dwindle as 1,000 enthusiastic nail pros shopped for acrylic, gel, nail polish, salon equipment and more throughout the day. In addition, education classes were filled to the brim.

When not shopping or learning, visitors watched nail artists compete in four categories (Salon Success, 3-D Nail Art, The Longest Nail and the Fastest Nails) in the NAILPRO Nail Competitions arena.

Those who missed out in Pasadena will get the opportunity to take part in nail festivities later this year, as NAILPRO returns to northern California for its annual NAILPRO Sacramento Nails-Only Trade Show, held on September 22, 2013.
